Keto Mozzarella Sticks

The Keto Mozzarella Sticks are very yummy, and it is free from gluten. Furthermore, this dish is tasty, and the sticks have a very hot taste. Ingredients:

  • Eggs: 2.
  • Pork panko: 1/2 cups.
  • Mozzarella cheese sticks: 8.
  • Water.
  • Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup.
  • Mozzarella cheese sticks: 6.
  • Keto bread: 1/2 cup.

Instructions:

  1. Halve each stick of mozzarella cheese and leave aside.
  2. Put the Italian herbs, the cheddar, and sausage rinds into an eating grinder or blender set on high speed.
  3. Process while the mixture is a pattern of powder.
  4. Pour the crumble blend into a bowl.
  5. Quickly dunk each cheese spear in the egg mixture, follow through the dry mixture, and then do it again.
  6. Grease a non-stick pan with the oil.
  7. Grab the cheese sticks directly from the freezer and drop them into the searing oil.
  8. Fry for about a minute or two, then turn and continue cooking for a further three minutes after which it’s cooked through and browned nicely.
  9. Serve the mozzarella sticks right away after placing them on a paper towel-covered dish.

Notes:

  1. Set the grill to 240C/500F. Lightly spray the outside of the sticks with cooking spray.
  2. Toast for 8 to 10 minutes, rotating them halfway through.
  3. If using an air fryer, transfer the mozzarella sticks to the basket.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes at 200 °C/400 °F, rotating them halfway to completion.

Storage information:

Cover and keep cooked mozzarella sticks in the refrigerator. They store nicely for almost 3 days.
You can keep cooked mozzarella sticks in the freezer for up to two months by putting them in a ziplock bag.
