- 1 teaspoon of essence (almond)
- One-third cup of keto sweetener (allulose)
- 2 eggs (large)
- A quarter cup of almonds (sliced)
- 1/3 cup of erythritol
- Sweetener (powdered)
- Half a cup of softened butter

CRANBERRIES:
Cranberries are the super low-carb fruits on the list of keto fruits. They have antioxidants & fibers as well. If we freeze the frozen strawberries, they will not lose their texture. That is why you can use either fresh/frozen ones depending on availability.
EGGS:
We recommend that eggs be at room temperature while included in the pie batter.
ALMONDS:
The sliced almonds are not peeled, thus giving the nice presentation.
ESSENCE OF ALMONDS:
To have a nice aroma & cut the smell of eggs, we have used almond essence here. You may swap it with the vanilla flavor.
SWEETENERS:
We recommend using the erythritol sweetener for the crust. It gives our pie the proper crusty texture. Use allulose in the filling of cranberries to have a juicy filling.
FLOUR:
Here we have used the flour almond without skin to have the smooth consistency of pie.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat the empty oven to 325 F.
- Pick a 9-inch pie plate (glass/ceramic).
- Apply oil to it using the brush/oil applicator.
- Now include cranberries, almonds, & allulose in the plate.
- Toss them well to combine.
- Place a big vessel on your shelf.
- Include the erythritol sweetener along with butter & beat well until soft.
- Now include the essence of almonds & eggs & beat them well.

TIPS:
In this recipe, we recommend you use any type of pan except metal ones. We are avoiding the metal pan because of the acidic nature of cranberries. They may react with the metal of the pan & give the taste of the metal, which is harmful for you too.
