INSTRUCTION:

Prep:

  1. Grease the sides of a spring form tin and line the base (20–22 cm, 8–9 inch) with baking paper.

Crust:

  1. In a food processor grinds the 1.5 cups pecans until they resemble flour.
  2. Blend together the ¼ cup butter (melted), 1 cup flour (almond), 3 tbsp. sweetener, and spices (3 cardamom seeds, cloves, ½ tsp. nutmeg, 1 tbsp. minced ginger, and 1 tbsp. cinnamon).
  3. Softly press the crust mixture into the spring form’s base.
