EQUIPMENT:

A saucepan

INGREDIENTS:

One-third of Keto sweetener (allulose)
Gelatin, 1 tbsp
Two teaspoons of vanilla essence
Cold water, 2 tbsp
Milk (your choice), 1 cup
2 cups of cream (heavy)

INGREDIENT NOTES:

KETO SWEETENER:
You may use whatever type of keto sweetener you like. We are using here allulose/monk fruit.

COLD WATER & GELATIN
Mix these two items To let the gelatin soak. This will help to thicken the texture of our pana cotta.

CREAM (HEAVY):
Don’t try the light/low-fat varieties. Otherwise, you will have difficulty setting the consistency of the panna cotta. You must have to use heavy cream, which we also call double cream/thickened cream.

ESSENCE OF VANILLA
We need it to have the great traditional vanilla flavor.

MILK:
You may use any dairy/non-dairy milk as per your preference. This recipe calls for the sugar-free version of almond milk.

FLAVOR VARIATIONS:

Follow the ideas below to present the different flavors each time.

COCONUT:
Use the essence of coconut along with coconut milk to have a strong coconut flavor. Spread the flakes of shredded coconut and give the final touch to our keto coconut panna cotta.

STRAWBERRY PANNA COTTA:
Before transferring the mixture to the ramekins, Include the puree of strawberries in that mixture. Blend until thoroughly combined. After that, move it to the ramekins & freeze.

CHOCOLATE FLAVOR:
You have to include about two tablespoons of cocoa powder in the panna cotta. Mix to dissolve it well. Now fill the ramekins & let them sit in the fridge.

ESPRESSO:
Use cold coffee in place of water to dissolve the gelatin. Mix cocoa powder along with keto sweetener. Sprinkle the dessert with this mixture right before serving.

WHITE CHOCOLATE:
You may use white chocolate in two ways with banana cotta. The first option is to melt the white chocolate in the ramekins and then pour the mixture over them. Another option is to drip the melted white chocolate (keto) over the prepared panna cotta right before serving.

BEAN OF VANILLA:
Pick a vanilla bean & add its seed to the mixture while mixing.

TIPS:

If you don’t like to serve as a single serving in separate ramekins, then you may use a single bowl of glass. Transfer the whole mixture into a large glass bowl to serve at a gathering.

You can also have it without dairy. Swap the dairy milk & cream for vegan milk & cream to have the no-dairy panna cotta.

We recommend keto whipped cream & caramel sauce (keto) to serve with this keto panna cotta. It will be the perfect combo.

STORAGE INFORMATION:

FREEZER:
We don’t recommend freezing, as dairy products are not suitable for freezing.

FRIDGE:
Pack the panna cotta in a locked container & place it in the fridge for 7/8 days.
