Keto Raspberry Limeade is a refreshing drink on hot summer days. If we make it fresh at home we can also get the goodness of Raspberries and lime because they contain many important nutrients for our body. In addition to being refreshing and healthy, It is low in Carbohydrates as well because we are using sugar-free sweeteners in it.
If you want to calm your thirst when coming home on hot summer days, you can add Sparkling water. This makes the drink frizzy without adding Carbohydrates to it.

EQUIPMENT:

  • A Pitcher.
  • A Medium pot
  • Fine Mesh/Sieve 1
  • Bowl 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • Four and a half cups Water, Chilled.
  • Fresh Raspberries One Cup.
  • Allulose Sweetener 1/3 cup.
  • Raspberry Electrolyte Drink Mix 1 Packet (Optional).
  • Half a cup of Lime juice, Fresh.

  • RASPBERRIES: You can conveniently use frozen/canned Berries in place of fresh Raspberries.
  • SWEETENER: There is no specific recommendation for Sweetener. It is just that Allulose does not sit down at the bottom of the glass of juice just like Erythritol.
  • ELECTROLYTE DRINK MIX: This ingredient is completely optional. It is used to spark up the raspberry and lime flavor of the juice.

INSTRUCTIONS:

COOKING:
  1. Add water, sweetener, and raspberries to a saucepan let the boil come and then cook it on low flame for three minutes.
  2. When Raspberries are soft, you can mesh them with a masher.
STRAINING:
  1. Now place a fine sieve over a bowl and pass the Raspberry mixture through it to make it smooth.
  2. Press the Raspberries firmly to take out all the juice possible.

MIXING ALL THE INGREDIENTS:

  1. In a Jug with lime juice, Water, and Electrolyte mix (optional), transfer the sieved mixture of Raspberries.
  2. Add the Sweetener according to your personal preference if required.
  3. Refrigerate until cold or use ice if you want to serve immediately.

TIPS TO MAKE IT EVEN BETTER:

  • COCKTAIL: You can add 44 ml of Vodka or rum if you want to try the sugar-free raspberry limeade cocktail.
  • STRAINING: Passing the Raspberry mixture through a fine strainer provides a smooth texture making it seed-free.
  • SPARKLING DRINK: You can use Soda water instead of plain water to make your drink frizzy.
