INGREDIENTS:

Oil of olives/avocado, three tablespoons
15 ounces of ricotta cheese
One-fourth cups of oat fiber (coating the fritters)
Parmesan cheese (veg), one cup
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Yolk of egg, 1
Powder of peppercorn, half tsp
A tablespoon of lemon zest
A quarter cup of chopped basil (fresh)
2 tbsp of oat fiber

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place a normal-sized vessel on your working table & gather all the items.
Include every item in that vessel except the oatmeal fibers.
Mix to combine them well.
Now include oat fiber until the stickiness of the dough vanishes.
Divide the dough into 20 pieces.
Now roll each one of them & flatten them to make the shape of the fritters.
Include the oat fiber in a shallow vessel.
Coat the fritters in that oat fiber to have a crispy outer layer.
Place a big pan (frying) over the normal flame on the stove.
Include oil in it to heat up.
Place the fritters in that oil (heated).
Allow them to nice golden brown on one side.
Then flip them to golden brown on the other side.
Give them 4/5 minutes in total.
Once they are ready, dish them out & serve right away.

 

TIPS:

 

As the cheese has the property of melting, it is better to keep the fritters in the refrigerator before frying.

Use the spatula to make them round again if they become flat in the oil.

They are fragile, so be careful while flipping them. If broken, reshape/gather them again using the spatula.

As the remaining fritters cool down, pack them in a locked container. Store them in the refrigerator & eat them within 3/4 days.

FREEZER:
Arrange the fritters (cooked/uncooked) in the tray in 2/3 layers. All the layers must be separated by the parchment.
Shift the frozen fritters to the bag or container (freezer-safe) once they become solid.
You can freeze them for 120/150 days.
