INGREDIENTS:

  • Four Chopped Green Onion Stalks
  • Baby Tomatoes, 2 quarts.

  • Chopped or Sliced Cucumber, Large, Two.
  • One and a half of Iceberg Lettuce.
  • Hard-boiled Eggs 4
  • Chopped bite-sized pieces of cooked bacon.
  • Three cups of Cheddar cheese, Shredded
  • 3 tbsp. of apple cider Vinegar
  • Mayonnaise 2 cups.
  • One cup of Sour cream full-fat
  • Salt 1/4 tsp.

INSTRUCTIONS:

CHOPPING & SLICING:

  • Chop the green onion stalks and keep some of them away for topping.
  • Chop the iceberg lettuce and keep it aside.
  • Peel and cut the cucumbers into slices. Keep them aside.
  • Cut Onion into Slices and set it aside.
  • Make the Hard-boiled eggs and cut their slices.
  • Cook the Bacon to make them crispy and chop them into tiny pieces. Keep it separate.

DRESSING PREPARATION:

  1. Take a Bowl and add the apple cider vinegar, sour cream, salt, sugar replacement, and black pepper. Mix them well. Your dressing is ready.

LAYERING:

  1. Now start the layerings.
  2. First, make the layer of chopped lettuce in the bottom of the clear bowl.
  3. Then add the layer of cucumber slices, chopped green onion, red onion, shredded carrots, Cherry tomatoes, boiled egg slices, and Bacon pieces one by one respectively.
  4. Make sure to set the proper and even layer of each veggie.
  5. Now cover the top surface with dressing.
  6. Add the grated cheddar cheese to cover the whole surface of the Salad.
  7. Now top the Salad with preserved green Onions, Bacon pieces, and egg slices.
  8. You can prepare the salad a day earlier and Refrigerate it to keep it cool.
  9. Once set, Mix the dressing into the salad just before serving.

TIPS:

If you add salt to the veggies it takes out their moisture so it is suggested to use salt only in dressing.
Keep the dressing away from lettuce so it will remain fresh for a long time.
To offer extra dressing on the side for those who enjoy a little more dip, make extra.
Greek yogurt can be swapped for mayonnaise.

STORAGE:
