Keto Taco Bell Feast

Keto Taco Bell Feast is packed with a combination of different flavors and Taco Bells. It has a delightful and flavorful taste. People who wants to eat a tasty recipe by following the rules of keto recipes can simply try this. It is best to have in dinner or for parties.

Ingrendients:

  • Coconut flour 1/4 cup
  • Almond flour 2 cups
  • Hot water 1/3 cup
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt 1/2 tsp.
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Xanthan gum 2 tsp.

 For taco filling:

  • Ground beef/ turkey 1lb.
  • beef/ chicken broth 1/4 cup
  • tomato sauce 1/4 cup
  • salt and pepper
  • onion powder 1/2 tsp.
  • paprika 1/2 tsp.
  • ground cumin 1 tsp.
  • chili powder 1 tbsp.
  • minced garlic 2 cloves
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • olive oil 1 tbsp.
  • garlic powder 1/2 tsp.

toppings:

  • Chopped fresh cilantro
    Sliced jalapeños
    Sour cream
    Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Shredded lettuce
    Diced tomatoes

Instructions:

Tortilla:

  1. Add baking powder, coconut flour, almond flour, salt and xanthan gum and mix them together.
  2. Now add olive oil, eggs and hot water into them and make a dough.
  3. make small equal balls from the dough.
  4. Now take two sheets of parchment paper and then place a ball of dough in between and then role to make a thin circle.
  5. Cook the tortillas on the pan 2 mins each side until well cooked or light brown.

 

 

Taco filling:

  1. in a pan add ground beef/ turkey and cook well in olive oil.
  2. Add garlic and chopped onions into the pan and sauté for a while
  3. add cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, and mix properly.
  4. now pour broth and tomato sauce and simmer until the water is absorbed into the beef mixture.

Toppings:

  1. spoon the taco filling onto each of the tortillas.
  2. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, sliced jalapeños, chopped fresh cilantro, and sour cream over it.
  3. Squeeze a fresh lemon juice to have a strong flavor.
  4. It can be stored for 3-4 days.
