Keto Tuna Cutlets is a cozy and tasty combination of tuna, parmesan cheese, and different flavorful spices. They are delicious, affordable, easy to make, and is perfect for every weekend. If you have spare time you can double the recipe to store the cutlets for later use.
Ingredients:
- Drained tuna 2 cans
- almond flour 1/4 cup
- cooking oil 2-3 tbsp.
- salt and pepper
- onion powder 1/2 tsp.
- garlic powder 1/2 tsp.
- Dijon mustard 1tsp.
- chopped fresh parsley 2tbsp.
- 1 large egg
- mayonnaise 1/4 cup
- grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
Instructions:
- Take a bowl, combine drained tuna, grated parmesan cheese, mayonnaise ,egg, almond flour, onion powder, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper and mix them perfectly.
- scoop out the mixture and make equal cutlets of any shape and size.
- Warm the oil on the medium flame.
- put the cutlets in the oil carefully and cook them for 4-5 minutes each side or until it comes up with the golden brown color.
- Once they coked, remove the cutlets from the oil and rest them on the paper towel to absorb excess oil from them.
- You can now serve them with any vegetable, salad, or any dip sauce.
