Ingredients

For the Ginger Syrup

Ginger: I used fresh ginger to give a fresh ginger flavor.
Granulated sugar: It is best to use because it quickly melts in the mixture. Alternatively, you can add honey, brown sugar, or stevia.
Lime juice: We used fresh lime to maintain the drink’s flavor.
Vodka: I used unflavored vodka instead of flavored ones. It is also preferable to use only unflavored vodka.
Ginger syrup: You can replace it with non-alcoholic ginger beer. Both grocery stores and liquor stores sell it as a mixer.

Instructions

  1. Making of Ginger Syrup
  2. Peel off the ginger with the help of a peeler.
  3. Then, cut into fine, thin slices by using a knife.
  4. Add the sliced ginger, granulated sugar, and water to a saucepan.
  5. Heat this mixture to a high flame or until it boils.
  6. After boiling, reduce the stovetop flame to lower heat.
  7. Simmer it again for 6/10 minutes.
  8. Next, shift the saucepan to a clean shelf and leave it for sixty minutes.
  9. After an hour of cooling, filter and keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks in a clean container.

Making of Moscow Mule

  1. Add the lime juice, unflavored vodka, ginger ale, and ginger syrup to a clean cup.
