No-bake Lemon Pudding Pie

This is a fantastic No-bake Lemon Pudding Pie dish from Weight Watchers. No-bake Lemon Pudding Pie

Ingredients:

  • Fresh lemon juice: 1 tbsp.
  • Heavy cream whipping cream: 1/2 cup.
  • Lemon instant pudding mix: 3.4 oz.
  • Whole milk: 2 cups.
  • Powder sugar: 1/4 cup.
  • Graham Cracker: 1.

Instructions:

  1. Combine the whole milk, lemon quick custard mix, and fresh juice from the lemon in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat for two minutes till the pudding is thick.
  3. Give it a five-minute rest to thicken.
  4. Make the whipped cream while the pudding is left to thicken.
  5. Using a handheld blender or a bowl for a stand blender, beat the stiff whipping cream and powdery sugar in an enclosed dish until firm peaks form.
  6. It takes around five minutes to complete.
  7. Spoon 1/2 cup of the lemon pudding into the crust consisting of Graham crackers.
  8. Stir in 1/2 of the freshly beaten cream and the remainder of the lemonade pudding mix till well mixed.
  9. Pour the lemon pudding into the pie pastry.
  10. Add the pie with the leftover whipping cream.
  11. Pipe it over the borders of the cold pie just before serving, or spread it immediately as the third layer.
  12. Before serving, place the included Graham cracker topping on top and let it marinate for at least eight hours.
  13. For best results, prepare the night prior and keep it overnight.

Notes:

Just use an 8-ounce package of Cool Whip to save yourself the trouble of making cream yourself. With half set aside for the top layer of the pie, combine the remaining half with the reserved lemon pudding mix. However, handmade whipped cream tastes far better and is preferable for this pie.
