Instructions

 

Slow-Cooker Method

  1. Add lean beef, and chopped onions to a large nonstick cooker to a slow flame.
  2. Next, add salt, black pepper, garlic, Italian seasoning, and carrots to this cooker.
  3. For 7-10 minutes, cook it until the beef and onion color changes.
  4. After that, add tomato sauce, potatoes, mixed vegetables, corn kernels, diced tomatoes, and beef broth to this cooker.
  5. Stir all ingredients, and place a cover on it.
  6. For 5-6 hours cook it over slow heat until all vegetables, and beef are cooked.
