Tips for making this recipe:

Soft dough is typically the starting point of a crisp cookie. Furthermore, the dough becomes somewhat firmer and less likely to spread when refrigerated. Moreover, the mixture will be quite wet when you first combine it, like cake batter. Additionally, that’s normal; it will harden as it cools. Simply store in the refrigerator until you’re prepared to roll and bake. Moreover, for this recipe, all you need is a whisk, but if you’d like, you may also use a hand mixer or a stand mixer with a blade.

Ingredients:

  • Butter: 6 tbsp.
  • Vanilla extract: one teaspoon.
  • Baking powder: 1 tsp.
  • Salt.
  • Lemon: 2.
  • Granulated sugar: half cup.
  • Water.
  • All-purpose flour: 3/4 cup.
  • Eggs: 2.

Instructions:

  1. Mix the sea sodium bicarbonate, baking powder, and flour in a big mixing vessel.
  2. Beat down the milk, eggs, glucose, almonds at the end, and the juice of one lemon in a distinct basin.
  3. Process till homogenous.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms, with a liquid consistency similar to a cake batter.
  5. For two hours or overnight, keep it in an airtight container.
  6. The dough will harden more, but it will become less sticky.
  7. Warm the microwave to 350 f.
  8. Arrange the paper towel perfectly.
  9. Set up two small dishes, one containing a powder, and mix it with the sugar.
  10. Chill all the dough that will not bake immediately after mixing.
  11. Bake for nine to twelve minutes, or until they begin to spread, become puffed, and have cracks on top.

Storage tips:

These cookies freeze well for up to three months.  Enjoy after a few minutes of thawing.
