What is the WW jumbo chili?

The WW jumbo chili is the traditional recipe and is also known as tortilla jumbo. Ground beef that is spiced, refried beans, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and your preferred chili sauce are all included in a typical burrito. Ingredients:

  • Red onion: 1.
  • Coles mild seasoning mix: 1/2 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp.
  • White rice: 1 cup.
  • Sour cream: 1/3 cup.
  • Black beans: 1/2 cup.
  • Frozen corn: 1/2 cup.
  • Tomato: 1.
  • Coles simply tomato paste: 2 tbsp.
  • Beef mince: 1 pound.
  • Cheddar cheese: 1 cup.

 

Instructions:

  1. Stir the rice according to the guidelines on the package, employing the soaking technique.
  2. In between, simmer the coconut oil in a big skillet over high heat.
  3. Stir-fry the onion for five minutes per side, or till it starts to soften.
  4. When the meat is added, brown it for five minutes, clearing up any lumps with a wooden spoon.
  5. Stir the herb mix into the pan after adding it. Add the tomato paste and stir.
  6. After one minute of cooking, add the beans, corn, and water and mix.
  7. Stir regularly and push down on some of the beans, leaving some whole, and boil for about six to eight minutes, after which the stew thickens and the mince is cooking through.

  9. Line the center of each tortilla with rice and beef.
  10. Put a little sour cream over the beef mixture. Add cheddar, tomatoes, and cilantro on top.
