  • 2 cups steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese shreds

GARLIC:

  • Add the fresh garlic to these balls to make them more flavourful.

SALT AND PEPPER:

  • We sprinkle black pepper & salt to season these broccoli balls as we like. Use ground fresh black pepper for good taste.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. We can heat-up the oven at 400 ° F.
  2. Then the broccoli balls are steamed for about 5 minutes.
  3. Broccoli can be cut into little pieces.
  4. Broccoli pieces, breadcrumbs,  cheddar cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper are all mixed in the bowl.
  5. Then make the balls with the help of your hands.
