INGREDIENTS:

Regarding the puff shells:

  7. Blend in one egg till fully combined.
  8. Once more, whisk till the second egg is smooth.
  9. Divide the dough into ten mounds on the baking sheet using a spoon or a pipe.
  10. Bake till brown and puffy, 20 to 25 minutes.
  11. Take off and place on a rack to cool fully.
  12. Whisked topping, Greek yogurt, pudding mix, and vanilla should all be combined in a dish.
  13. Blend till smooth and fluffy. If necessary, chill to thicken.
  14. Cut each puff in half.
  15. Filling can be piped or spooned into each puff.
  16. If desired, pour a little sugar on top and cover.
  17. Before serving, let it cool for ten to fifteen minutes.
