Instructions
- Turn the oven and heat to 190 C/ 375 F degrees.
- Next, rinse the plums with clean water and place them on a chopping board.
- Cut the clean plums with the help of a knife, then throw away its seed.
- Now, place the halved cut plums in a 7-inch pie plate after lightly spraying the bottom of the dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Next, break the two large eggs in a bowl.
- Stir thoroughly for three to four minutes using a fork, or until they are foamy.
- Now, gradually add other items to the same bowl.
- First, add the skimmed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Next, add icing sugar, and all-purpose flour.
- Proceed to whisk until the flour and egg batter is velvety.
