Method
- Heat the oven to 400 °F. Butter an 8 by 8 baking dish.
- In a bowl that can be heated in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese. Stir in between until everything is melted. Instead, melt over low heat in a little pot on the stove.
- Put all the dry ingredients(food processor). To blend, pulse.
- Put eggs and melted cheese to the flour mixture(ood processor). Combine.Three big eggs
- Place the dough in a sizable mixing bowl. Bacon and cheddar cheese are combined (reserving a small portion of each for topping, if desired). Make a ball out of the dough.1/2 cup bacon, 1 cup cheddar cheese
- On a cutting board, spread out the dough. Cut the dish into twelve equal parts with a sharp knife. firstly, then again, in halves. Last but not least, split each quarter into three parts.
- Roll it into a ball and place each part in the baking dish. Carefully press the remaining cheese shreds and, if using, the bacon for garnish. Press firmly and slightly flatten the tops.
- Bake for TWENTY to TWENTY FIVE minutes.
