A 400 degree oven is recommended.
Using parchment paper or a baking mat, line a cookie sheet.
Cheese slices should now be placed on the baking surface and baked for 6 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to become slightly golden.
Take the cheese out of the oven and let it cool a little. Slices should be allowed to cool before being seasoned with Italian seasoning and, if desired, pepperoni.
