  6. Take the batter from the refrigerator and stir it a few times, then fill the liner about 3/4 full.
  7. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp white sugar in the center of the muffins and bake them for 5 minutes at 200°C.
  8. Then reduce the oven to 180°C and bake the muffins again for 12 minutes.
  9. Lastly, cool the muffins for 5 minutes, then put the pan on the cooling rack.
