Waffles With Blueberry Compote

Ingredients:

  • Caster sugar: 50 g.
  • Baking powder: 1 tsp.
  • Butter: 75 mg.
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tsp.
  • Plain flour: 200 g.
  • Eggs: 2
  • Salt.
  • Fat milk: 300
Blueberry compote:
  • Maple syrup: 30 ml.
  • Blueberries: 100 g.

Instructions:

For blueberry compote:
  1. Put the blueberries, and then add the maple syrup to the pan, and then move it over the normal heat. Then add the little drops of water and rest it for three to five minutes before boiling. When the blueberry becomes bubbly and turns soft and the texture is thick enough, hold it out of the pan, move it to the jar, and set it aside for a few minutes till the waffles are ready.
For waffles:
  1. In a vessel, put the non-wet things, like flour and baking powder. Then add the salt and sugar, mix it perfectly, and then add the milk to it, Keep mixing all the things whenever they are fully combined, and then add the vanilla extract to it.
  2. When you are fully prepared, move it to the waffle iron, and after almost five minutes, set it away.
  3. Warm up the waffle iron. It can also require some more warmth.
  4. Quickly shut the hot iron after adding a tiny spoonful of batter.
  5. The waffles require two minutes on each side, according to my experience heating a nonstick iron on the stovetop.
  6. Using an electric iron takes four to five minutes. Once the waffles turn golden brown, carefully move them to a serving vessel and redo the process whenever the waffle mixture is used up.
  7. Serve right away with the blueberry compote that is still warm.
