INGREDIENT NOTES

Powdered peanut butter:

  • Makes the cookies less point-heavy, but maintains the richness of the nutty flavor. Dilute with water as it comes in a packet, to get the desired consistency.

Sugar substitute:

  • Cookie is sweetened with a non-calorie blend of sweeteners that contain no SmartPoints. The granulated varieties are best suited to give a resemblance to real sugar texture.

Egg:

  • Provides the power to bind & make the dough tough enough to keep the cookies intact & not crumble.

Vanilla extract:

  • Gives a light aromatic touch that adds & balances the peanut butter flavor.

Baking Powder:

  • Gives it a slight rise to make sure the cookies are soft, rather than dense.

Salt:

  • Try a pinch to tame the sweetness & enhance the savours to make everything taste better.
