Eggs: It is used to hold the batter. It’s optional instead of this you can use plain flour.
All-purpose flour: Absorbs the water from the mixture and binds all ingredients well. You may use chickpea flour, whole wheat flour, and almond flour. It works well.
Parmesan Cheese: Choose a variety of cheese depending on your taste and choice.
Baking Powder: It gives a soft and fluffy texture to the fritters.

Instructions

Preparation Of Zucchini Corn Fritter Mixture

  1. By using a grater, finely crushed the zucchini. Add this grated zucchini to a bowl and leave it at normal temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients.
  3. Add corn kernels, garlic, grated parmesan cheese, yellow onion, parsley, black pepper, chopped basil, mozzarella cheese, oregano, paprika, and beaten eggs to a mixing bowl.
