INGREDIENT NOTES:

FISH:

BREADCRUMBS:

  • Panko breadcrumbs provide the crunchy texture. We have to mix the seasoning in them so they don’t taste bland.

PAPRIKA POWDER:

  • Use the paprika powder to add the smoky flavor to this fish. It also provides the color. We can also use the regular paprika to provide a mild flavor in the dish.

WHOLE FISH:

  • Properly clean the whole fish to avoid the smell. Scored the fish slightly so the marination will get in there deeply.

OIL:

INSTRUCTIONS:

CLASSIC FRIED FISH:

  1. Apply the black pepper, paprika, and salt to the fillets.
  2. Add the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs to different vessels.
  3. Then coat fish fillets one by one in them.
  4. Add the coated fillets to the basket and spray the oil on the fillets.
  5. Air fry the fish fillets for 10 to 12 minutes by flipping them in between times.

GARLIC FRIED FISH:

  1. Add the garlic to the eggs along with the spices.
  2. Include the flour and breadcrumbs in separate vessels.
  3. First, we add the fillet in flour, then immerse in eggs, & then in breadcrumbs.
  4. Add them to the basket and apply the oil to them with the brush.
  5. Air-fry them at 200° C for 10 to 12 minutes.

SPICY FRIED FISH:

  1. Add the cayenne pepper, paprika powder, and chili powder along with the flour in one vessel.
  2. Then add the eggs and breadcrumbs to the individual vessel.
  3. Now coat those fish first in the flour, & then soak in eggs, after in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Put the fillets in the basket, then spray the oil on them and air-fry them for 10 to 12 minutes at 200° C.
