BONELESS PORK CHOPS:
- Use the boneless pork chops to prepare this dish. It should be one inch and of even size so they prepare in equal time duration. Avoid using the thin cuts as they cook faster, but they get dry easily.
OLIVE OIL:
- Use the olive oil to fry these pork chops. It helps to get them browned lightly. Use the avocado or any other vegetable oil instead for this purpose.
GARLIC POWDER:
- It will provide an indulgent taste in these pork chops. Don’t use the fresh garlic as it will burn easily in the air fryer.
ONION POWDER:

- Pre-heat the air-fryer at 200°C for three to five minutes.
- Pat the chops dry with tissue instead for this purpose.
