INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup onion
  • 4 mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • ½ cup ground oats
  • 4 cans tuna in water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • One teaspoon salt
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • Black pepper

INGREDIENT NOTES:

TUNA:

  • Use the tuna to prepare these meatballs. Properly strain the water to prevent the addition of extra moisture and they maintain the shape.

POTATOES:

  • Add the potatoes in these meatballs to bind them. Mash them and cool to mix them properly.

BROCCOLI:

  • Chop the broccoli finely to mix them equally in the mixture. Eliminate the moisture properly if required.

SALT & BLACK PEPPER:

  • Add the black pepper & salt to season this dish. It will add the light spice and also boost the taste of dish.

ONION & GARLIC:
