- Firm and fresh zucchini is best to prepare these chips. Make the thin and equal-sized zucchini slices so they get crisp at the same time and don’t burn.
OLIVE OIL:
- It is used to make the crisp zucchini chips, and it also provides the taste. We have to use a small quantity, or the chips will get soggy. We can also use the avocado oil instead if required.
GARLIC POWDER:
- Season these zucchini chips with the garlic powder to enrich the taste. We can also use fresh garlic, but it might burn.
ITALIAN SEASONING:
- Italian seasoning will enrich the flavor and also provide the herby aroma. Use the thyme, rosemary, or homemade Italian seasoning if required.
LEMON JUICE:
- Lemon juice will provide a fresh and tangy flavor in these chips. It should be fresh to add strong taste. Use the lime juice instead if lemon is not available.
