Banana Pancake

Ingredients

For this Banana Pancake, we need the following ingredients

  • Banana 2 medium size, 1 1/2 banana mash and other 1 cut into slices
  • Egg 3
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cinnamon 1 pinch, crushed
  • Nutmeg 1 pinch, crushed
  • Cooking oil or used cooking spray
  • Agave spray 1tbsp
  • Blueberries 80g

Instructions

  1. To make a fluffy and delicious Weight Watchers Banana Pancake, first, we take a bowl and add 3 eggs. Whip it well.
  2. Mix the egg mixture with the mashed banana, vanilla essence, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Mix all ingredients until are well blended.
  4. Now, Take a nonstick pan and coat it with cooking spray. Heat a nonstick pan at medium flame.
  5. Once the pan is hot, we add 2 tbsp of pancake batter into the center.
  6. Cook every pancake for 2-3 minutes, until the color changes.
  7. After 2-3 minutes, flip the pancake with the help of the spatula.
  8. To make every pancake, we will repeat the same process.
  9. When the banana pancake is cooked, top them with raspberries, and sliced bananas, and pour in agave syrup.

  1. To add sweetness, we use ripe bananas. Ripe bananas easily mash and make fluffy pancakes.
  2. Don’t whisk the batter too much.

  6. To make the perfect banana pancakes, add the right potion of each ingredient.
  7. Add almond flour or coconut flour, if you are using flour to make pancakes.

Use whole milk or fat-free milk, If you like to add milk.
