Cheesecake Shooter

The Weight Watcher Cheesecake Shooter is a super dessert recipe. Furthermore, it is a very easy cheesecake shooter that doesn’t require baking to create a quick and simple dessert. They are the ideal portion size for every night of the week or an event.

Cheesecake Shooter

Ingredients:

  • Lemon juice: 2 tsp.
  • Greek yogurt: 1/3 cup.
  • Cracker crumbs: 1 cup.
  • Sugar: 1/4 cup.
  • Fresh mint.
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tsp.
  • Cream cheese: 8 oz.
  • Skim milk: 1/4 cup.
  • Whipped topping: 1 cup.
  • Salt.
  • Lemon juice: 2 tsp.
  • Strawberries: 1 cup.

Instructions:

  1. Cream cheese, a quarter of a cup yogurt, sugar in powder form, milk, lemon juice, the zest of one lemon, and vanilla essence should all be beaten into a big basin.
  2. Gently stir in the creamed topping once all is incorporated.
  3. Prepare an adequate bowl and add two cups of Greek yogurt to it.
  4. Stir in salt plus Graham cracker particles, stirring until completely absorbed.
  5. Take a medium bowl and add two teaspoons of Greek yogurt to it.
  6. Stir in salt and Graham cracker crumbs, stirring until completely combined.
  7. Arrange Four tiny glasses in a row on a work surface. Top each glass with 1 teaspoon of the crumb mixture, three spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture, and 1 handful of strawberries.
  8. Until the time comes to savor it, serve or chill.
  9. Feel free to use cut mango for a tropical twist or any combination of berries you choose as a topping.
  10. While serving a lesser-scale crowd, the dish may be simply halved.
Notes:
  • They can be created up to a day in advance and only require a few minutes of assembly—no cooking is required. It makes sixteen shooters with only three smart points each, making it the ideal sweet indulgence for the summer.
  • Reachable with a morning’s notice. Serving within two days is ideal.
  • Pour the mixture into a prepared cracker crust and bake as a pie. Add more fluffy cream and cherries on top.
