INGREDIENTS:

  • half a cup of cocoa butter ( small pieces)
  • One-and-fourth cup of unsweetened chocolate
  • 3/4 cup stevia
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla essence
  • Salt, one teaspoon.

INGREDIENTS NOTES:

I use good cocoa butter; you may use any kind of cocoa.
Stevia is the alternative; you can use brown sugar instead of stevia.
Use salt. It is your choice to use it or not.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Melt butter in the oven or use a double boiler.
  2. Melt unsweetened chocolate
  3. Add in the mixing bowl.
  4. Mix them.
  5. Add vanilla essence.
  6. Then add a pinch of salt.
  7. Mix it until smooth.
  8. Greese your chocolate mold.
  9. Put chocolate better in the mold.
  10. Place it into the refrigerator for one and a half hours.

Chocolate chips are a good snack for any time.
