  • Kosher salt 1 pinch
Mac sauce:
  • Sweet paprika 1/4 tsp.
  • Onion powder 1/4 tsp.
  • Apple Cider vinegar, one teaspoon.
  • Kosher salt 1/2 tsp.
  • Yellow mustard two tablespoon
  • Garlic powder 1/4 tsp.
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp.
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup

Instructions:

  1. Turn on the normal heat and place the instant pot in it.
  2. Place the butter in the pot and melt it for almost two minutes.
  3. Now, place the mayonnaise and ketchup in the instant pot.
  4. Simmer it for almost five minutes.
  5. Then, combine the mayonnaise and ketchup with the yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, and apple cider vinegar.
  6. As well as add the onion powder, garlic powder, and sweet paprika to the instant pot.
  7. Sprinkle the spices, sauces, ground beef, white onion, shredded iceberg lettuce, and toasted sesame seeds on top of the mixture.
  8. High the heat and cook the ground beef for almost six minutes.
  9. Season the sour cream on top of the keto instant pot ground beef stroganoff and whisk them properly.
  10. Now, taste it and adjust the spices and sauces.
  11. Remove it from the instant pot.
