Mix the chopped seasoning with salt. Making a basic brine using different pork chop pieces. Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Mix the garlic, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and vinegar in a small bowl.
  2. After liberally covering the pork chops with spice rub and refrigerating for one hour, place them in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Raise the microwave thermostat to 350 °F.
  4. Broil till finished, about 40 to 45 minutes.
For the skillet:
  1. In a loaf pan with a cover, warm the oil over normal heat.
  2. Cook the chops in the skillet for two minutes on each side. Hold it out and set it aside.
  3. Add the salsa, green Chile, and onions to the skillet’s drippings. Heat till boiling.
  4. Lower the heat to a simmer over medium-low heat, carefully place the chops into the sauce, flip them to coat, cover, and cook for approximately 20 minutes, or while an instant-read thermometer put into the chop registers 145 degrees Fahrenheit inside.
  5. Spoon hot boiled rice or noodles over it.
