  • Medium-sized onion (chopped)
  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon

  • 1 teaspoon of gram masala
  • ½ teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 100 g yogurt
  • Black peppercorn 3 to 4
  • Chopped parsley two tablespoons
  • One and a half cups of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
  • Coriander ½ teaspoons (for garnishing)
  • One bay leaf
  • Salt 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

To make the korma follow the steps:

  1. Grab the non-stick pan.
  2. Add the butter or olive oil to fry the onions.
  3. Add onion to the pan which you are using.
  4. Fry them until they become translucent and golden.
  5. If you are using the slices of the onion, blend them.
  6. Blend with the yogurt in the blender.
  7. Add the estimated amount of chicken pieces to the pan for cooking.
  8. Add garlic, salt, ginger, and pepper to remove the smell of chicken.
  9. Cook the chicken.
  10. After five to six minutes, add the spices to saute them.
  11. Add chili flakes, garam masala, and chili powder, and cook them.
  12. Now add the creamy ingredients to make the gravy of the chicken.
  13. Add the coconut milk, almond butter, tomato sauce, yogurt, and chicken broth.
  14. Cover the pan to cook all ingredients together.
  15. Now test the taste of the gravy, if any spices are required then add them.
  16. Now your korma is ready.
  17. For the serving sprinkle some coriander and chopped parsley.
  18. You can also use the keto cauliflower flower rice to serve this korma.
