  • 1 lb. fresh green beans
  • 2 tbsp. avocado oil
  • Two pieces of crushed garlic
  • 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
  • Salt & pepper powder

GREEN BEANS:

  • I utilize fresh green beans clean them properly and also trim the ends of them. They will get cooked and crispy easily.

AVOCADO OIL:

  • I use avocado oil to cook the green beans. You can also use coconut & olive oil for this process.

GARLIC:

CHILI GARLIC SAUCE:

INSTRUCTION:

  1. We can wash the green beans with clean water and then trim the ends of the beans.
  2. Pat dries the beans with tea towel to eliminate the excess water content from the beans.
  3. Place the large skillet on moderate flame and pour the oil in the skillet.
  4. When the oil starts to shimmer then transfer the beans in the skillet.
  5. Saute the green beans for 5 to 6 minutes till they are bright green and become soft.

  • Carefully saute the green beans on medium flame so that they can cook evenly but do not get burned or become soggy or mushy.
  • If you are making them in large quantities and you have a small skillet or pan then make them in batches & don’t overcrowd the pan as they become soggy.
