Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- I cut the avocados in half and removed the pit, and scooped out the flesh into a food processor.
- Then I added the vanilla extract, salt, powdered erythritol, cocoa powder, and coconut milk to the food processor.
- I processed the ingredients until they became well combined and smooth.
- I tasted the mixture and adjusted the sweetness/saltiness to my liking.
- Then I transferred the mixture to a bowl/individual serving dishes and refrigerated for at least THIRTY minutes.
