Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or herbs for flavor
For the Filling:
  • 4-6 slices of your choice of deli meats (e.g., turkey, ham, roast beef)
  • 4-6 slices of cheese (e.g., cheddar, Swiss, provolone)
  • Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and any other keto-friendly veggies you prefer
  • Mayonnaise or mustard (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat and Prepare:
  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Make the Cloud Bread:
  • In a mixing bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Be careful not to get any yolk into the whites.
  • To the egg yolks, add the softened cream cheese and mix until smooth. If desired, add the garlic powder or herbs for extra flavor.
  • In a separate clean and dry bowl, add the egg whites, cream of tartar, and a pinch of salt. Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. This will take a few minutes.
