Ingredients:
For the crust:
- Honey 2 tsp.
- Yeast 2tsp.
- Almond flour 3 cups
- Lukewarm water 1 cup
- Coconut flour 1/4 cup
- Baking powder 2tsp.
- Psyllium husk powder 2tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Extra virgin olive oil plus extra for the top of dough 1/4 cup
Whey protein isolate 1/2 cup
For the trooping:
- Extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp.
- Cooked meat of your choice sausage, ham, pepperoni, bacon, etc. 3/4 lb.
- Can diced tomatoes 1 14.5 Oz
- Garlic minced 2 cloves
- Dried basil 1/2 tsp.
- Onion chopped 1/2 cup
- Dried oregano 1/2 tsp.
- Parmesan cheese grated 1 tsp.
- Whole milk mozzarella shredded 2 cups
- Crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp.
Instructions:
- First of all, combine the water, honey, and yeast in a medium bowl and mix them for 10-15 minutes.
- Take a large bowl which is fitted to a stand mixer which is attached to a hook and combine the coconut flour, whey protein isolate, almond flour, baking powder, psyllium husk powder, and salt.
- Now fully combine with medium speed the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Combine oil and mixture with your hands. Then the bowl is covered with plastic wrap for 1 hour.
- Then heat your oven to 400°F and take a pan of 10-inch / pie pan.
- Now put some oil on your hand and make sure the dough are fully covered in the bottoms.
- Then after 5 minutes. you can remove the pan from the oven and set it in a side.
- Now cover the pizza with garlic and onion add oregano, diced tomatoes, basil, and red chili flakes, and cook
- it for more than 10 minutes.
- Now serve it while it is hot.

Use a stand mixer if u have one.
