ingredients:
- Almond flour 1 cup
- stevia monk fruit sweetener few drops
- Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp.
- a pinch of salt
- butter 1/2 cup
- 3 eggs
- water 1/2 cup

instructions:
- take a saucepan, add butter and water in it and bring both of them to boil.
- add pinch of salt, almond flour and stir them to form a cohesive dough.
- now add vanilla extract and liquid stevia or monk fruit sweetener.
- now add the eggs and mix them with a hand mixer and mix until well beaten.
- use a piping bag and pour the mixer into it and then make 12 circles on the parchment paper.
- heat up the oil into the pan and then put the donut one by on in the oil and then fry each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown color appears.
- remove them from oil and then rest them on the paper towel to remove extra oil from them.
- Now sprinkle almond flour on the donuts and is ready to be served.
