Keto Flourless Almond Cake with Raspberry Bliss

Keto Flourless Almond Cake with Raspberry Bliss is a combination of keto-friendly and almond cake and it has a delightful taste to be enjoyed with a raspberry sauce. It follows keto and low-carb rules and have few calories with less carbs in it.

Ingredients:

  • almond flour 1/2 cup
  • granulated keto sweetener 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp.
  • Almond paste 8 oz.
  • Butter ( room temperature)  1 stick
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt 1/4 tsp.
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp.

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Use a 9 inches of baking tray and place the parchment paper in it, make sure to brush both sides of the paper with cooking oil.
  3. Take a bowl and add any keto-friendly sweetener, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Mix them properly and rest them for later use.
  5. Take a large bowl, beat two egg whites in it until soft peak forms, and then shift it into the other bowl.
  6. In the same bowl, add butter in the center of the bowl and beat it until smooth.
    Gradually add almond paste into the butter to form a smooth paste.
  7. Now put the keto-friendly mixture and the egg yolks into the paste and mix them properly without any lumps.
  8. Now add vanilla extract for the aroma.
  9. Gently add the whipped egg white into the mixture and then fold it gently.
  10. Now pour the keto-friendly batter into the baking tray and then bake it for almost 30 minutes or until a light brown color appears.
  11. remove the cake from the tray by using a knife.

Keto Raspberry Sauce:

ingredients:

  • unsweetened frozen raspberries 12oz.
  • Keto-friendly sweetener 1/4 cup
  • Fresh lemon juice 2 tsp.

instructions:

  1. put everything from the ingredients and blend to make a paste.
  2. Now filter any solid with a fine wire mesh sieve and then cover the sauce and keep it in the refrigerator.
