Keto Flourless Almond Cake with Raspberry Bliss is a combination of keto-friendly and almond cake and it has a delightful taste to be enjoyed with a raspberry sauce. It follows keto and low-carb rules and have few calories with less carbs in it.
Ingredients:
- almond flour 1/2 cup
- granulated keto sweetener 1/2 cup
- Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp.
- Almond paste 8 oz.
- Butter ( room temperature) 1 stick
- 2 large eggs
- Salt 1/4 tsp.
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp.
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Use a 9 inches of baking tray and place the parchment paper in it, make sure to brush both sides of the paper with cooking oil.
- Take a bowl and add any keto-friendly sweetener, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix them properly and rest them for later use.
- Take a large bowl, beat two egg whites in it until soft peak forms, and then shift it into the other bowl.
- In the same bowl, add butter in the center of the bowl and beat it until smooth.
Gradually add almond paste into the butter to form a smooth paste. - Now put the keto-friendly mixture and the egg yolks into the paste and mix them properly without any lumps.
- Now add vanilla extract for the aroma.
- Gently add the whipped egg white into the mixture and then fold it gently.
- Now pour the keto-friendly batter into the baking tray and then bake it for almost 30 minutes or until a light brown color appears.
- remove the cake from the tray by using a knife.
Keto Raspberry Sauce:
ingredients:
- unsweetened frozen raspberries 12oz.
- Keto-friendly sweetener 1/4 cup
- Fresh lemon juice 2 tsp.
instructions:
- put everything from the ingredients and blend to make a paste.
- Now filter any solid with a fine wire mesh sieve and then cover the sauce and keep it in the refrigerator.
