Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, granulated sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the vanilla extract, eggs, and almond milk to the bowl. Whisk everything together until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Heat coconut oil or your preferred keto-friendly oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium heat. Make sure there is enough oil to allow the funnel cake to float.
