Recipe: Keto Hot Pockets

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 large egg

Instructions:

Preparing the Keto Pastry:
  1. In a food processor, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, and salt. Pulse to mix.
