Ingredients:
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- TWO cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- I heated the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Then I added the minced garlic and cooked for ONE-TWO minutes until it became fragrant.
