Keto Low Carb Pizza Roll-Ups is the classic pizza. They are made with pepperoni, melted cheese, sugar free pizza sauce and zero carb tortillas . This recipe is a combination of almond flour, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, eggs, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt. These keto pizza roll-ups are low in carbs as well.
Ingredients:
For the keto pizza dough:
- Cream cheese 3 tsp.
- Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups
- Eggs 2 large
- Salt ¼ tsp.
- Garlic powder ½ tsp.
- Baking powder 1 tsp.
- Xanthan gum 1 tsp.
- Almond flour 2 ½ cups
For the filling:
- Granted parmesan cheese ¼ cup
- Diced tomatoes ¼ cup
- Finely diced bell peppers ¼ cup
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Sliced black olives ¼ cup
- Sliced pepperoni ½ cup
- Shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese 1 ½ cups
- Sugar-free marinara sauce ½ cup
Instructions:
- Heat up your oven to 425 °F.
- Combine cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in a separate bowl and mix it properly.
- In another bowl, mix up the almond flour, salt, garlic powder, baking powder, and xanthan gum.
- Now, add the eggs in the bowl.
- Now the mixture of both cheese and mix it well.
- Then, arrange the slices of pepperoni, diced bell peppers, black olives, and tomatoes.
- Now, place the pizza on baking sheets.
- Then bake it for 15-18 minutes, until the color of the rolls are turned into golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Use a knife to cut the roll in 1 inch to create pizza roll-ups.
