INSTRUCTIONS:
- Completely wash the shirataki noodles with cold water for one to two minutes.
- Then fry them in the pan for three to four minutes to fully dry them.
- Gently warm the oil in the wok.
- Cook for half a second till the ginger and garlic are aromatic.
- Mix in the zucchini & bell peppers.
- Cook it by mixing it continuously till they become softer for two to three minutes.
- Include the optional protein and noodles, and stir them properly.
- Whisk in the sweetener, vinegar, chili garlic sauce, chili flakes, and coconut aminos.
- Cook it by stirring continuously to equally coat them, for three to four minutes.
