Ingredients:

  • Sour cream: 1 tbsp.

  • Almond flour: 1 cup.

  • Brown sugar: 1/4 cup.
Cream filling:

Instructions:

  1. Warm the microwave to 350 °F.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Almond wheat flour, oat fiber, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt must be combined in a large basin.
  4. Put aside.
  5. Using a blender, add the butter and beat it in a large bowl for three to four minutes, till it becomes light and fluffy.
  6. Beat in the cream and both sweeteners till well combined.
  7. Add the eggs and sour cream.
  8. Stir till thoroughly combined.
  9. Blend the items and then add the liquid gradually. Mix while blended.
  10. Boil for between twelve and fourteen minutes at 350 °F, so that the top of the cake sets.
  11. Hold the cake out of the microwave and arrange it on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes.
  12. To prevent the cake from adhering to the sides, run a knife around the perimeter.
  13. Set the cake in the pan.
  14. Meanwhile, get the filling ready.
  15. Mix in vanilla and powdered sweetener.
  16. After the cake cools down enough to handle adding filling without it melting, cover the whole surface of the cake with an equal layer of filling, extending from edge to edge.
  17. Start rolling the sheet cake from one of its short edges.
  18. Using the paper towel as a guide, grab hold of it below the cake and pull to roll it firmly.
  19. Keep rolling through until the end.

  23. To soften the chocolate, pour hot cream on it.

  26. Next, use an electric mixer to whip the chocolate mixture til it thickens and takes on the consistency of pudding.
