Ingredients:
- 2 medium sliced zucchini (round sliced)
- Sugar-free marinara sauce 1 cup
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder 1/2 tsp.
- dried oregano 1 tsp.
- sliced black olives 1/4 cup
- mini pepperoni slices 1/2 cup
- olive oil 1 tbsp.
instructions:
Heat up your oven to 375 degrees F.
Take a baking tray and place a parchment paper in it.
Set the zucchini slices evenly in the tray.
Now brush the slices with the olive oil, then sprinkle with pepper and salt and bake them until they become tender.
Remove the zucchini from the oven carefully.
Add marinara sauce and the required amount of mozzarella cheese over.
Now add black olives and pepperoni slices over the top.
Sprinkle garlic powder and dried oregano for flavor.
Bake them again for few minutes until the cheese melts.
