Ingredients

Lean ground beef 12oz, uncooked and fat-free
Onion 1 cup, chopped
Garlic 3 cloves, chopped
Ground Cumin 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp or according to taste
Canned tomatoes with green chillies 10oz
Pasta 8 3/4oz
Fat-free cheddar cheese 1/2 cup, grated
Pico de Gallo 1/2 cup
Pickled jalapenos peppers 1/4 cup
Cooking Spray 4

For Topping

It’s optional, but you may add it as a topping
Sliced Avocado
Fat-free sour cream
fresh chopped parsley
fat-free cheese
Sliced tomatoes.

Instructions

Prepare yummy and creamy Weight Watchers one-pot taco pasta in the following steps.
Add cooking spray to the large non-stick pan. Heat it at medium flame.
Add onion, garlic, cumin, and salt. Sautee it for 2-3 minutes.
Next, add beef to the same pan.
Cook it for 10-15 minutes until the beef colour changes.
After that, add the tomatoes, and water. Bring to a boil.
Now add pasta to the same pan. Stir it so that all ingredients mix well.
Turn the flame down from medium to slow and cover the pot.
Cook pasta with other ingredients at low flame for 10-15 minutes.
Turn off the stove once the pasta is cooked and tender.
The tasty pasta is ready.
Serve this pasta with jalapenos, Pico de Gallo, and low-fat cheese.
