- Vanilla Extract 1tsp
- Light Butter 3tbsp
- Rice Krispies 2 1/2 cups
- Garnished dark chocolate chips 2oz

MARSHMALLOWS:
We used zero-sugar marshmallows because they are good for your health. They have zero influence on your diet and weight.
VANILLA ESSENCE:
It adds a light flavor of vanilla; that’s why I used one teaspoon of vanilla essence.
LIGHT BUTTER:
This butter contains fewer calories and fat. It is a better option than regular high-calorie butter.
RICE KRISPIES:
You may use any type of rice cereal depending on your choice.
DARK CHOCOLATE:
It adds one extra point to your Weight Watchers meal.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- After adjusting the burner’s flame to medium, set the pan on it.
- Add light butter to this pan and melt it for 1-2 minutes.
- Mix the marshmallows and vanilla extract in butter and heat it until it melts completely.
- Next, switch off the burner and set aside the pan.
- Mix rice Krispie cereals with this mixture by using a spatula.
- Shift this rice mixture into a greased baking pan. Equally, distribute it by using a spoon.
- Add garnished chocolate over the mixture. Store it in the fridge for about 10/15 minutes.
- The tasty dish is ready.
Additional Add-ins:
- For a crunchier twist, include nuts (roasted).
- Switch the vanilla essence with your favorite flavored essence, like peanut butter.
- You can use regular sugar instead of zero-point sugar.
- Pour a little amount of chocolate syrup over the Rice Krispie.
TIPS:
You can double the quantity of marshmallows to add a soft and chewier texture. Both nutritional and Weight Watchers points will be doubled.
