INGREDIENT NOTES

Chocolate chips:

  • To reduce the points, use sugar-free chocolate chips. You may mix dark, milk/white ones.

Peanut butter:

  • Get a natural peanut butter with no sugar. It makes the candy sticky & gives it a taste.

Nuts:

  • Ditch the salt on peanuts and almonds, & use unsalted ones to add the crunch. Pecans/cashews may also be used in their place.

Sea salt:

  • A little salt negates the sweetness & enhances the chocolate’s taste.
