VARIATIONS OF THE DIPPING SAUCE

  • We can create this delicious guacamole by using different items. Some of the few common items are listed below.

TIPS

  • Select fresh and soft avocados but not mushy.
  • Don’t over-mash the avocados. Guacamole should be chunky.
  • We used fresh lime juice instead of a store-bought bottle. Because packed bottles contain extra amounts of chemicals and sugars which are not good for well-being.
  • Incorporate fresh green parsley to add bright flavor to the dip.
  • Instead of black pepper, experiment with different types of seasonings such as red chili, garlic powder, and cumin.

STORAGE INFORMATION

Fridge:

  • Before refrigerating, pour a dash of lime or lemon juice over the guacamole dip to prevent it from turning brown. After that, shift the dipping sauce to an airtight jar and refrigerate it for one day. But it’s better to eat within six to eight hours.

Freezer:

  • This dip is freezer-friendly. It can be frozen for as long as three months. It is preferable to freeze the dipping sauce in a freezer-safe bag or an airtight jar to prevent damage from freezing.
